THE PROCESS
We are happy to work with clients that have done their own preliminary work, plans, and permitting as
well as those just getting started. We can meet with you and suggest local designers/architects that
will take into account your vision for your new home, whether it is a retirement, vacation, or
full–time residence. If you have your plans we can review them and give comments, suggestions, and
discuss issues that are of importance while planning budgets and timelines.
Once we commence construction, you will have met with our onsite field superintendant, who will insure
communication throughout the project between owners, field, and office every step of the way.
Because of our unique location we have decades of experience working with absentee property owners,
which has become a seamless process with today’s technology.
Upon completion of your home and the final walkthrough, we will continue to maintain our
relationshipby conveying our 2-10 New Construction Home Warrenty (One Year Workmanship,
Two Year Systems and Structural Warrenty.)
This warrenty is provided on newly constructed homes as well as remodeled homes, by builder members
of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warrent Program. In return, you get the satisfaction of knowing that your
builders warrenty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warrenty insurer. Your home
will be enrolled in the program at the date of closing.
